Venue & Registration
The main meeting will be held at The Royal Society of Medicine, Wimpole Street, London.
Registration will open at 8.15am on both Thursday 4th June and Friday 5th June with refreshments served on arrival.
Refreshments and lunch will be available alongside the trade exhibition.
Badges will be provided at the registration desk. Please note that if you register after the 22nd May, you will be provided with a handwritten name badge due to printing deadlines.
Please use the entrance located at 1 Wimpole Street.

AGM
The AGM will take place at 5pm on Thursday 4th June, all members of BADS are welcome to attend.
Feedback & CPD Certificates
After the conference, please visit the BADS app to download your CPD certificate with the password BADS2026 (please note this is in all capitals). You will also be sent a post event feedback invite after the end of the conference, of which we encourage you to complete.
Sponsors
After the first session, a competition card will also be given to you to collect stamps from each sponsor, which when fully completed, can be returned and entered into a prize draw. Please return this by the end of lunch on Friday 5th June to be entered into the draw.

For those of you that registered to attend the drinks reception, this will be held at the venue from 5:15pm – 6:30pm. We look forward to celebrating an excellent first day with you. Please note that unless you selected to attend when registering we will be unable to allow access.
