The British Association of Day Surgery is very pleased to announce the opening of registration for the BADS Annual Conference 2026 which will take place at The Royal Society of Medicine, Wimpole Street, London on June 4th – 5th 2026.
This year’s conference will include sessions on frailty, special patient circumstances, regional anaesthetic techniques, no one at home policies, procedure room operating, thromboembolism prophylaxis, day case robotics, awake shoulder surgery and high-throughput urology surgery. Workshop sessions will be held on patient preparation, post-operative pathways / criteria-led discharge and digitalisation in day surgery pathways.
The conference will also feature the ever-popular oral free paper presentations and the opportunity to showcase your work in the poster competition.
The first day will finish with an evening networking drinks reception at the conference venue.
