Frances Dixon, a BADS member and Surgical Research Fellow at Milton Keynes University Hospital, is involved in a project to look at the ergonomics of laparoscopic surgery and has devised a survey to assess the prevalence of work-related musculoskeletal pain and injury in laparoscopic surgeons.
